Wholeheartedness Intro

Wholeheartedness is a way of life that allows people to live fully engaged lives, receive the good with gratitude, and grapple with the bad without going into a tailspin.

The Wholehearted video series walks you through four steps:

  • Developing an inner circle of safe people
  • Practicing self-care (which I define differently than “me time”)
  • Weaponizing hardship
  • Addressing negative or unhealthy attitudes and beliefs

The purpose of developing mental and emotional health is to become a wholehearted person.

Wholehearted people are connected, confident, and courageous.
