The Wholehearted video series walks you through four steps:
- Developing an inner circle of safe people
- Practicing self-care (which I define differently than “me time”)
- Weaponizing hardship
- Addressing negative or unhealthy attitudes and beliefs
The purpose of developing mental and emotional health is to become a wholehearted person.
